3. Service Agreements and Estimates

3.1. Estimates

All estimates provided are based on visible damage and information available at the time of inspection. Hidden damages discovered during the work may require additional costs, which will be documented and approved by you before proceeding.

3.2. Written Contracts

For services exceeding $1,000, a written contract detailing the scope of work, pricing, timeline, and terms will be provided for your signature before work begins.

3.3. Change Orders

Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be documented in a change order with adjusted pricing and timeline, requiring your approval before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Insurance Claims

For insurance-covered work, we will bill directly to your insurance company when possible. You remain responsible for any deductibles, non-covered items, and any amounts exceeding your policy limits.

4.2. Payment Schedule

• Emergency services: Payment due upon completion
• Projects under $10,000: Payment due upon completion
• Projects over $10,000: Deposit required, with balance due per contract terms

4.3. Late Payments

Past-due accounts may be subject to late fees of 1.5% per month (18% annual percentage rate) on the outstanding balance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and damage
• Grant safe access to your property for our technicians
• Remove pets from work areas during service hours
• Secure valuables and personal items
• Make timely decisions regarding materials and approvals
• Provide payment according to agreed terms

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with the following warranties:

• Workmanship Warranty: 1 year on all restoration work
• Roofing Warranty: Manufacturer warranty on materials, 5-10 years on workmanship
• Equipment Warranty: According to manufacturer specifications

Warranty claims must be made in writing and are subject to inspection and verification. The warranty does not cover damage from neglect, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTC Restoration shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits
• Third-party actions or claims
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1. Cancellation

You may cancel services before work begins without penalty. Once work has commenced, you will be charged for all work completed and materials ordered.

8.2. Emergency Services

Emergency services dispatched at your request that are cancelled after our team arrives may be subject to a dispatch fee.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RTC Restoration or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved as follows:

• We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
• If unsuccessful, mediation will be pursued before legal action
• Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Larimer County, Colorado
• Colorado law shall govern these Terms and any disputes

11. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RTC Restoration
• Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
